They are launching new FREE online and in-person programs across B.C. beginning in early January. This transformative support program for individuals aged 55 and older offers 1-on-1 consultations with a trained activity coach, group meetings, and personalized activity plans.

Not available in your area? NO PROBLEM! If you are over 55 and live in British Columbia, you can join Choose to Move online. Add your name to join a virtual program with others from around the province. When a space becomes available, an activity coach will contact you directly. |

About Choose to Move Crafted by the Active Ageing Research Team at the University of British Columbia, Choose to Move has transformed the lives of 10,000+ individuals aged 55 and above across 65+ communities in BC since 2015. Delivered in collaboration with 100+ non-profit partners, this program offers participants free one-on-one consultations with trained coaches to set health goals and develop personalized activity plans. Eight engaging group meetings provide a supportive environment for group discussion, encouragement, and learning with coaches covering various health topics.
