KNOW THY NUTS
A guy's nuts need a lot more love than you think, so don't leave them hanging.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young men yet our research has found that majority of men never or rarely perform a self-examination. This April, the Movember Foundation is going balls-out for Testicular Cancer Awareness Month and asking men to #KnowThyNuts.

How to check 'em
WHAT'S NUTS, WHAT'S NOT...
Finding out what's normal for a man's nuts could save their life, as most lumps and bumps on their nuts are not cancer. Early detection is key when it comes to testicular cancer. You can raise awareness of what to look out for and help encourage men to see a doctor if something doesn't feel right down there.

BEYOND THE BALLS
There's lots of ways you can get involved during Testicular Cancer Awareness Month and support the men's health programs we fund. The limited edition soap on a rope is an ideal reminder for men to check their nuts when they're in the shower. We've also got Movember x RLTD underwear and a testicular cancer awareness pin to wear your support proudly.
The Movember Foundation is the number one global funder of testicular cancer programs. With your help, we can continue to fund much-needed cancer research and support services.
