您好：

 

我是林芷瑩 Erica Lam，一位就讀於卡加里大學 (University of Calgary) 的心理系學生。本人正在進行一項問卷調查研究，希望了解以華語為母語的人士在加拿大面對癌症期間如何得到心理上的支援。

 

我們誠邀以下人士填寫需時10分鐘的問卷：

 

1. 你是一位以華語為母語的癌症患者 / 康復者 或 他們的直系家屬
2. 你已年滿18 歲或以上

如有需要，你可以找他人輸入資料。

My name is Erica Lam, a student in the Department of Psychology at the University of Calgary. I am conducting a survey study to investigate the use of psychosocial services by Chinese-speaking individuals during their cancer journeys.

 

We are inviting the following individuals to fill out the 8- to 10-minute survey:

 

1. You are a patient/survivor whose mother tongue is Chinese OR their direct family member
2. Are 18 years of age or older

You can ask someone to help you input information into the survey if needed.

 

After completing the survey, you will receive a $10 Tim Hortons gift card.
