We are currently conducting a survey on mental health among men with prostate cancer on our website: If I Were Tom (http://www.ifiweretom.ca/ - check it out!), which is an interactive psychosocial prostate cancer support resource. This study is being done in partnership with Prostate Cancer Foundation BC, Men’s Health Research at UBC, The University of British Columbia, and the Canadian Institute for Health Research. 

Participation includes the completion of an online questionnaire (direct link: https://ubc.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8w5nsTguwZ7HhBj), as well as some brief information about yourself. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and you will have the opportunity to enter a C$500 prize draw, even if you do not wish to complete the survey.
